The Debt Resolution Service Ltd provides specific Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) advice in anticipation of the appointment of Jason Bowen who is authorised to Act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS). Licence no. 22150.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT

services. We cannot delete this data if you ask us to because we are required to keep it by law.
If you sign your proposal and a meeting of creditors is convened, which is later withdrawn, or for whatever reason does not go ahead, your data will be stored for 6 years from the date that we cease to provide you with our services.
After this time, we will delete the information or anonymise the data so that it cannot be linked back to you.
